ARCHERKIT Multimeter Model# (28-4013A) Hello!! and thank you for looking at my item. Up for bids is a used tester manufactured by Archerkit. The unit has not been fully tested however it was given a detailed inspection. I did set the meter on the ohms setting and touched the leads together. The needle on the dial went over to zero “0”. All of the original buttons and connectors are present. They move smoothly and lines up properly with required settings. The plastic or glass lens on top of the meter is free from scratches and cracks. The indicator hand on the meter is not stuck or frozen. There are no burn marks or smells emitting from the unit. Original packaging and instructions are missing. There is a set of test leads included. Excellent edition to any vintage radio collector and or radio/component repairer. This is a vintage item and normally returns are not accepted however based on EBAYs returns policy, all returns will be negotiated. Check my feedback and buy/bid with confidence!!
