I BELIEVE THIS IS CALLED A T SQUARE. IT IS USED FOR MAKING BLUEPRINTS THE "OLD FASHION"  WAY . ALL MADE OF WOOD, THE BLACK T IS 11" ACROSS ,SCREWED TO THE STICK WITH 5 TINY SCREWS & SAYS POST 7827-24 ON ONE SIDE . THE FLAT STICK IS 26" LONG FROM THE TOP OF THE T,  WITH A HOLE 2" FROM THE END. MY DAD USED THIS TO DRAW PLANS BACK IN THE 1950'S.      HANG ON ARCHITECTS WALL OR USE FOR SMALL PROJECTS.
