The pickup heads are equipped with grounded brushes, that help reduce static electricity build-up on paper feeding into high speed printers. The anti-static brushes stretch across both sides of the paper, agitating the paper dust and paper chad that are then vacuumed away and collected by the PureClean AirSystems. Higher quality end product and data integrity are achieved while lowering downtime, housekeeping costs and employee health problems. The end result is a healthier and cleaner work environment! PureClean Air Systems can be easily modified to accommodate changes or upgrades in printing and processing equipment, which guarantees that our systems are obsolesce free! Units are constructed using heavy duty 1/8 inch thick welded aluminum with stainless steel hardware (no rivets or sheet metal screws), which dampens noise and eliminates rattle! PureClean Air Systems effectively eliminate contaminants before they become airborne by utilizing customized plenum boxes, hoods and web-sweep pickup heads, which are vital in our "Source Capture" process! All exhausted air passes through a silencing chamber at floor level, which provides quiet operation! Units are compact and mobile with locking casters, which allow for flexibility in location with minimal floor space utilization, without sacrificing performance, operation or serviceability of your processing equipment! PureClean Air Systems are powder coated with a durable textured backed-on finish, which blends in with the aesthetics of your output processing center! Units are equipped with high efficient multi-stage filters or with optional filters that are designed to handle specific applications. There is virtually no air by-pass with PureClean Air Systems! Periodic replacement of disposable filters is operator friendly and straightforward, which does not require costly maintenance contracts! PureClean Air Systems are equipped with specific blower packages engineered to supply the proper negative static pressure, air volume and air velocity required for your target applications. We are capable of handling different equipment configuration, assuring an effective and continuous flow of captured contaminants in even the most demanding processing center! Most installations require no drilling or modifications to your equipment, which is ideal for both owned and leased equipment! Unique "Source Capture" techniques result in reduction of harmful airborne paper dust and particulate migration, which can cause false fire alarms and costly discharges.
