This is an unknown part that has been in my shop for over 25 years. I have no idea what its for so hopefully someone has a use for it. This is made by Armstrong tool company in Chicago. It is 14" long and 2 7/8" tall at the hub end and than tapers down to 1". This will slip over a 1 1/2" diameter pipe and clamp down. I see no part numbers but do see USAF stamped in it and you can see this in the photo. I will combine multiple purchases to help on shipping.Happy Bidding!!!!!!
