ArtCraft Electronics AENMOGP-140-174 is a kit that allows you to use your favorite NMO mount mobile antenna in a solid base station installation. There have been some outstanding mobile antennas in the past: A Larsen NMO-450HW and a NMO B3 140-174 come to mind immediately but there were many more including simple quarter wave spikes. The ArtCraft Electronics AENMOGP-VHF lets you use those favorite NMO mount mobile antennas as your base station  antenna. The base adapter is made up of a specially designed aluminum bracket that provides the NMO mount, the ground plane attachment points, and the mast attachment hardware interface in a single integrated bracket. The coaxial connection is a high quality N(f) connector. This particular kit contains radials appropriate for VHF (140-174MHz). However, by installing longer ground plane radials (4 radials) and using my favorite NMO B3 140-174 antenna the assembly works on 6M just fine and I have used it for many contacts. 6M radials not included. Note that this kit includes the base station NMO mount kit. It does not include the antenna nor the mast. Manufactured in the USA. Shipping is at actual cost including eBay fees on shipping.
