Filing of damage claims with the freight carrier is the sole responsibility of the customer. Please inspect your items upon receipt. Any damages must be documented with the freight carrier before they depart your location. * Missouri sales tax (6.475%) is charged for all shipments within the state of Missouri. LOCAL CUSTOMER PICKUPS * Items are available for pickup at our warehouse Monday thru Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., except for holidays. Our staff will be happy to assist you with the loading of your vehicle. * Appointments for pickup must be made at least one business day in advance by contacting us at 636-583-8200. * Securing the load is the sole responsibility of the customer. We assume no liability or responsibility for loads being improperly or inadequately secured. Please bring appropriate means of securing your purchase. We sell an extensive line of used equipment. All pre-owned equipment is inspected by our staff to determine its condition, and to ensure that it will function according to the manufacturer's original specifications.
