Can be clamped does or has holes in base for a more permanent mounting. These are still being manufactured for around $500-600...depending on where you go- point being. The inks, papers, and supplies are available. King of old school but tried and proven over the years Gears work and all parts seem in working order, this is a sleeper- as it seems like new,,,but not at a new price.
