My company bought a load of laboratory and instrumentation equipment from Japan. There were a large series of boxes, each had something in it like a slide table or a preload jag, many preload jigs, etc.. I have never used a variac because I've never needed one. So I don't know how they are used. So I am selling this one as is because when plugged into American power I could not find how to make an adjustable voltage from it. So consider it to be as is for parts or not working. This might have been new and never used, I cannot find any wear on it. It came in the original factory box as you can see in the photo, but it had been opened before I saw it. The Internet self seems to be in brand new condition, so I can't tell if it was ever used or not. This came from the warehouse of a magnetic tape head specialist. USA shipping is $15. Shipping will be $75 overseas. Paypal is not accepted, payment is by Visa, Mastercard, or American Express directly to Synhouse, accepting all cards directly for 15 years now.
