This fifth edition of the Pocket Guide, which was first published in 1987, was compiled by F.H.Kohloss and edited by M.Geshwiller and E.S.Howard; previous major contributors were C.W.MacPhee, G.C.Burr, Jr., and H.E.Rountree.
