If the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued. Refunds Refunds to customer can be expected within two weeks of the receipt of your returned merchandise. We inspect all returned items when they arrive at our facility. We refund the full cost of the merchandise and all original shipping charges if your return is a result of our error or defective product. If the return is not a result of our error and you initiate a return of an unopened item within 30 days of delivery, we refund the full cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping charge and the return shipping fees. If you return an item that has been opened or shows signs of wear, we will issue a partial refund minus both original shipping charge and return shipping fees. Products may decrease in value over time. Therefore we reduce funds for returns you initiate more than 30 days after delivery or received at our returns processing facility after 45 days. Returns after 45 days may be refused. You can expect your refund within two weeks after we are in receipt of your return. In many cases you may receive a refund sooner, but we estimate two weeks from receipt due to the time required for inspection and processing from your bank or credit card company.
