I did power this up with the specialized power cord that I shipped with another unit and the Power and Interlock lights came on. I no longer have the power cord for this unit and this has been priced accordingly. I don't know how to test this beyond powering it up. If you get it and it does not work as expected, I will refund your money and pay for return shipping of the unit. I ask that you don't open an eBay case as I will certainly take care of any problems you may have. I have the special power cord for another unit and I used this special power cord to power up this unit. This special cord is not included. This ships free in the USA.
