We are a coffee roaster with 5 stores in the Jackson area. We bought this machine to use in a store we opened 3 years ago. We bought it used, but it was like new. We generally use La Marzocco machines, but were told this was the way to go for our drive thru store. Advice that cost us a lot of money. We used this espresso machine for probably 8 months and had a gasket begin to leak water when we pulled a shot. We ordered a complete gasket rebuild kit, but never replaced the gaskets. We pulled this machine and replaced it with a new espresso machine. This machine has sat in our storage room, heated, ever since. It worked perfectly for the short time we used it. We are including the gasket rebuild kit with this purchase. The gasket kit probably has 50 or 60 gaskets in it, which makes me believe we bought a complete rebuild kit. Frankly though, it's been so long I can't remember. We bought the kit from King Coffee. That I do recall. It was about $300 for the kit. If you want to come and look at this, please let us know. Not a problem, as we'd prefer to deal face to face. We paid $6,800 for the machine, and it has hardly been used. I believe the original cost new of this machine was around 12k. We have over 1,000 all positive feedbacks and want to keep it that way. We're not in the business of selling junk equipment on the internet, and in fact, rarely sell any of our equipment. We just know that we'll not use this machine, as we love our La Marzoccos. Please ask any questions before you bid and not after. We want the buyer to be happy with this great espresso machine. NOTE: The one picture is a stock picture that ebay put on there. Rest are of the actual machine. Also, weight is just a guess on our part.
