Here is a nicely used Astro ATS-9600 Tabber/Labeler It powers up and all the rollers and switches work. It shuts down when it realizes there are no labels inserted into the machine. This is the extent of the testing that was performed on this device. It has Scrapes and Scratches but nothing too terrible.
