This is a used AT&T Lucent Avaya Door Phone Controller 22050-055 with Power Supply. Unit powers on and the green light blinks at the normal rate indicating that the unit is functioning normally. This Avaya Lucent Door Phone Controller is guaranteed to work perfectly or your money back! The Door Phone Controller provides mulit-functional control for communications to a dedicated door-speaker unit and a remote door-unlocking device. The Door Phone Controller can be used alone, or it can be used along with a PBX or communications system to alert personnel within a residence or building that someone is requesting attention at the enterance. Operating the unit is simple: when the push button on the door speaker is pressed, the Door Phone Controller unit singnals a telephone station(s) and can activate an auxiliary alerting device (such as a door bell, chime, or tone generator) within the home or building. Upon hearing the rining telephone and/or alerting device, answer the phone and have a two-way conversation with the person at the door. The person inside the building can also remotely unlock the door, either by entereing a numeric code or by pressing a button.
