Contained in a Zero Haliburton Centurion Elite Z103X Case that retails, by itself new, for $286, this is an almost unused police communications device for hostage negotiations built by AT&T.   It unfortunately does not include the actual throwphone but there is lots of other stuff, as pictured.  The case measures about 18 x 14 x 6 and equipped, weighs about 20 lbs including the batteries.  If you allow me to remove the two (really useless) batteries, the weight will go down a lot and will then be much cheaper to ship to you. We have all seen this exact equipment in every movie with bank hostages being rescued.  Other than changing the batteries, it is ready to be used.  Even if you throw away the telephone equipment and keep the case, you will be getting a bargain. police hostage negotiations negotiator terrorist terrorism kidnapping fbi homeland security bank rescue
