As you know with most government agencies, when a new grant comes in, they have to justify the grant by buying new equipment leaving very useful equipment for surplus. COMES AS SHOWN! Some cosmetic wear. No means to test, guaranteed working. You have 14 days to try it out fully with right of return. ALL international sales sold as is.
