Atmospheric chemical vapor deposition system Features: - Thermcraft 6" tube furnace with standard quartz tube (4") for CVD processes. - Semiconductor grade gas panel equipped with gas mixing manifold and five MFC controlled flows (currently: Ar, C2H4, H2, H2O/Ar, and N2). - Recipe based process control for automatic step-based control of temperature and gas flows. - Manual sample load and unload. - System does not include gas injection system or sample entry port, which need to be fabricated by the buyer per the application. Capabilities: - System is capable of multiwalled carbon nanotube (CNT) growth using hydrocarbon feedstocks, with known baseline process for CNT growth. - Processing of up to 10 substrates sized 4 cm by 10 cm; other configurations which are compatible with a 4" tube are possible.  - Furnace is capable of maximum temperature of 1100C.
