ATS Applied Test Systems Series 3610 Furnace/Oven For sale- an ATS Applied Test Systems Series 3610 Furnace/Oven. The same tag with that info on it shows the max temp as being 260 degrees F. I usually think of a furnace as getting hotter than that, but what do I know? Physically the unit is in great shape. The exterior isn’t perfect but if you are worried about some scuffs and scratches to the stainless steel then perhaps you should consider buying a new one. The interior looks about as good as it needs to look. The insulation is in good shape. I pulled some stuffing out of the hole in the bottom of the unit just so that you could see it better and I could get a better measurement. Then I went away without having actually measured it. Maybe 2 1/2 ” in diameter? If that is a critical dimension I will try to get something more exact. Overall the unit is roughly 19 inches high, 15 inches deep, and about 12 inches wide. When I say overall I am referring to the main stainless steel box. Latches, fittings, etc. add to those dimensions. Internally it is about 14 3/4 ” high, 8 1/4 ” deep, and 7 3/4 ” wide. When the two AC cords on the back of the unit are plugged in the fan runs and the unit heats up. That is the extent of my testing and NO warranty is offered. However, IF you pay the asking price and find it has a problem you cannot live with within 14 days of receipt you may return it. Returns are ONLY allowed on Buy It Now Purchases. Accepted Best Offers are strictly an as is sale, no returns allowed. Return would be for a refund of the purchase price, not including shipping costs. Just so that we are clear on that, this is an item that has not been thoroughly tested. As such it may work fine or it may have problems, so any purchase entails a certain degree of risk. If you Buy It Now your risk is limited to the shipping costs both ways. If you submit an offer you do so knowing that you cannot return it. In either case it is up to you to decide whether the risk level is acceptable to you, and if not you need to pass on this particular item. There is also an AC cord that attaches to the Valcor solenoid valve pictured, but I didn’t try that out if for no other reason than I have no idea what that valve is supposed to admit to the oven. Some sort of cooling, but I don’t know exactly what. There is an upper viewing port as you can see that has had a Watlow heating element I suppose attached to it. That comes with an AC cord as well but the crimp connections attached to that have never been used, and it doesn’t look like the wires from the Watlow whatever it is have ever been connected to anything. So I don’t know whether that was a factory option or just something added by the government agency which then decided they were done playing with it.
