This is a very cool looking device with a gray crinkle coat pain with a large mirrored scaled meter. Vintage, uses vauum tubes. All tubes are RCA, except 1 12AU7 Telefunken. It has two filter assemblies that are shock mounted with components inside.  This is an apparantly very rare piece, as I can find no information about it online. I believe it's use is to measure intermodulation (IM) distortion, which is crucial, especially with tube audio electronics design. The only thing I could find about this is that it was likely the first commercial IM analyzer, manufactured by the inventors of IM measurement. IM measurement is crucial to testing, designing and maintaining vacuum tube audio electronics.  CONDITION: Physically fairly good, see photos. Free dust. Powered on, seems to work. Sold As-Is, no returns.  This item came from the inventory storage of a service organization specializing in professional audio/video equipment. It has been in a well kept and climate controlled lab.
