Used AUTO TIG welding lathe. Was used in our small production capacity. To this day, works very well. We used it mostly for SS-304. Comes with factory instruction manual. Currently set for 208 V, 3-phase. Can be programed (analog) for specific up-slope and down-slope. It has four different current levels for each pulse. High frequency start. Welding current ranges from 5 to 250 A. High and low welding current can be set between 0.01 to 0.99 seconds (independently). Prefusion time range can be set from 1 to 99 seconds. Pre-flow and post-flow range from 4 to 45 seconds. Rotation can be set to desired parameters in degrees. Welding head rotation speed is variable, based on your need. Cold wire feed rate is also variable. Comes with a wired remote and a cold-wire feed mechanism and mount. This has been an excellent machine for us. We no longer need. Never caused us any trouble! The torch is water-cooled, but we never used any coolant with the machine. We believe the water/coolant pump might need to be replaced. But, can be used as is...as we have for years. A welding machine with similar abilities is over $100,000 new, or so I've been told. SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS WILL NEED TO BE MADE PRIOR TO PURCHASE. We have the ability of having the machine crated and put on a freight truck( with an agreed cost). Please ignore the E-Bay shipping price... We have sent/crated items as large/heavy and larger as this before via freight truck. We can personally deliver within a 250 mile range.
