DO NOT BUY THIS AUCTION UNTIL YOU READ IT CAREFULLY!!!!! PLEASE!!!! This Auction is for a SERVICE and NOT an item, autoclave, etc.... Please READ, you are NOT buying an autoclave for $60. You have not won the lottery. This auction is for us to come to your location, anywhere in Jefferson or Shelby Counties ALABAMA ONLY!!!! I can't stress that enough, we will not drive to Colorado to provide you with an estimate for this fee. If you are anywhere else in Alabama give us a call, there is a good chance we can service your machine for close to the cost of this auction but again CALL FIRST!! Read Carefully, this is what you get and ALL you get for the $60.00. 1. Once you pay for the item, we will come to your location anywhere within Jefferson or Shelby County Alabama within 72-hours guaranteed. Normally we can have a technician at your location the same or next day but we do guarantee withing 72-hours. 2. Once we arrive we test and evaluate your machine and determine exactly what needs to be done to repair the unit, the parts needed, the cost of parts and labor and the approximate amount of time it will take. 3. Once we have evaluated the machine and presented you with the cost and time required to repair we have fulfilled our obligation for the $60.00 fee. 4. Should you decide not to proceed we will then put your machine back together or in the condition it was in when we arrived and leave. Whether or not you decide to proceed is not relevant to us fulfilling our obligation. 5. If you decide to proceed with the repair, we then require payment in advance in the form of Check, Visa, MasterCard or PayPal. If you choose paypal there is a 6% surcharge to cover the paypal fees. If you use Visa or Mastercard there is a 4% surcharge to cover their processing fees. Payment for the repair is required in advance due to the cost of parts we must purchase. If you have ANY QUESTIONS WHATSOEVER please, please please contact us first. Communication is key. We want all of our customers to be happy and satisfied. We do not want negative feedback and we do want our customers to be customers for life not just one transaction and the key to that is communication. We are often asked if we would repair autoclaves if they were either shipped or brought to us from other areas or other states and of course the answer is YES! The cost of shipping is usually a big deterrent for customers from other states to ship their units in but if you are willing to pay shipping costs both ways then by all means, ship it to us.
