+ When we receive these units, they are used cores coming from many different doctors and many different facilities, we tend to start from ground zero with every autoclave.+ Whether each autoclave has been used or abused we inspect every aspect of the autoclave for potential failures. In addition, every autoclave is chemically cleaned of debris, gunk, and bacterial growth that accumulate in the chambers, reservoirs, valves and plumbing. + Electrically inspecting these units requires more than just replacing a power cord as there can be thousands of connections that can go wrong, including but not limited to solder joints on the circuit boards, heating elements, switches, sensors, lights, pumps, circuit breakers and all wiring. Nothing can be left unchecked. + As for parts replaced, maintenance parts are always a must. Rubber seals, o-rings, and gaskets unfortunately do not last forever. With the constant high heat and pressure these parts begin to shrink, break down, harden, and become brittle. Re-leveling every unit for proper water filling is a must as it helps lengthen the life of heating elements and tends to cause less over heating. + When it comes to paint and body, our main goal is to give you a respectable good looking unit not a sports car paint job. We like to earn our customers respect by the reliability and quality of operation rather than how pretty the unit looks. + Once the repair of the unit is done we move on to testing. All repaired units are then tested extensively (15 cycles at least). If there is even one failure in any of the cycles we send the unit back and we start the entire process over. When a unit finishes testing and checks out, then it is pictured and listed on eBay. Once a purchase is made and payment is received, we pull the unit down and run complete cycles for the entire day. + Our packing process is just as important as our product. If you can not pack and ship your unit safely to your customer, you have nothing.
