Operating method: Please turn off the power switches before use this machine 1.Open the upper cover( clockwise close, and counterclockwise open). 2.Put the dry herb into the crushing box. 3.Tighten the upper cover. 4.Plug in and open timer switch. 5.When you hear the voice of uniform rolling, that is say the herb has been grinded into powder. 6.Open the cover and pour out the powder. Attention: 1.Please pre-dry and small quantity and short time when grind sesame(with oily) and ice-sugar(with viscosity), you can grinder for more times to avoid the machine to hot. 2.Don’t wash the machine with water, you can clean the machine by cloth or brush.Moist products(meat and fruit) and excess quantity products is forbid. 3.Don’t let the material exceed half of the box. 4.Normal material only need 1-2minute, tough material need 8 minutes. 5.This machine can not running for long time, the maximum time is no long than 5 minutes. If need grind bulk material, please run the machine interval. 1.Don’t open the power switch when the cover is open. 2.After long time use, you should check the carbon brush and blade, if wear out, please change. 3.Please check the screw of blade is tighten. Thirty seconds later gradually pour grinding materials into the funnel. Check the ammeter (110V to 10A; 220 to 6A), so as not to overload the motor. l When feeding is completed allow the machine to run for one more minute to ensure materials are thoroughly crushed. l Turn off the power l Replace the blade. Insert with 'upper' facing upwards. Turn clockwise to tighten Precaution l Wet or viscous materials should be dried. In addition the volume of these materials should not be no more than the size of the little fingernail. l General medicinal substances do not require the use of the screen cloth. Step by step operating instructions l Connect to 220V single-phase electric socket. The machine must be grounded. l Do not place any materials in front of the opening of the motor. l Before switching the power on fix the cloth bag ends with clamps. l Fix the powder collector trough to the powder collector tank with the locking knob on the roof. l Turn on the power switch to start feeding. l Before feeding, please make sure the electric current is no more than 7A. l After 10 minutes turn off the power and remove ground material. l Lean machine forward for cleaning. Open cover and clean after each crushing operation. Precautions l Do not start the machine before fixing the cloth bags with clamps. l Wear shoes when working in case of electrical mishap. l Do not put your fingers into the powder collector when it is working. l Check and tighten screws at regular intervals. l The air-PULVERISE can not grind metallic materials. l Materials for grinding must be dried. l Oily or viscous materials can not be crushed. If absolutely necessary, please mix it with another easily crushable material. l Do not wash the machine. Use vacuum cleaner only. l Please return the machine if there are faults. If the machine does not work, you must turn it off then check the switch, brush and fuse to make sure everything is right. If it still does not work, you have to find professional stuff to repair. l Do not wash the crushing box. Must not open the cap while it is working. l Keep it in a dry and windy place if you do not use it. Instructions: l Cut off the power, loosen the interlocking screws, remove cover and put the materials into the crush box. l Lock the cover tightly. l Plug in. l Operate. l When the operating sound changes from noisy to quite, grinding is complete. l Cut off the power.
