Machine Introduction The filling machine is our most strength equipment. It is made from stainless steel and qualified for food grade or pharmaceutical grade filling. Our different models can fill from 3-5000 ml each fill. The machine can be controlled by manual pad control or automatic filling. Our machines can fill liquids as well as pasty or sauce or powder viscosity mixture. Please refer to the Selection part for reference. We not only provide standard machine but also support customized model, we can add mixer for high viscous stuffs, add heating device for high temp stuffs, and provide operation tables, and special structure materials like SS316 for high acid stuffs, and we also support customizing multiple nozzles fillers and fully automatical models integrated with bottle aligning, filling, caps dispensing and capping, transporting device together. Yes, for example, if you use a 10-100 ml range model, you can set any filling volume between 10-100 ml, like 55 ml, 30 ml. 3. Can you provide small or large nozzle size? Yes, the normal nozzle size is 4mm, but we can customize the size as you need, like 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 mm. 4. Can I fill two bottles as the same time? Yes, the machine can be configured with 2 nozzle dispensers. 5. Can the machine work automatically? Yes, the machine can be controlled either by manual pad or automatic timer model. 6. What is the difference between Direct Draw model or Hopper Filling model? Direct Draw model is for liquid filling, low viscosity filling. Can the machine fill sauce containing particles or powders? Yes, we can enlarge certain parts to fill the sauce containing particles and powders, as long as the particles or powders are less than 1 cm * 1 cm. 10. Can you provide parts or consumables? Yes, we can provide parts and consumables as you need, like extra nozzles and pipelines. 11. Can you provide hopper? Does the hopper have a cover? Yes, we can provide 30L hopper with a cover.
