Your new machine will be able to start production immediately after you get it. We will need your PCB files and sample PCB boards, possible some special parts. This is a fee based service. The fee varies with the complexity of PCB's. Payment Details PayPal is the best payment method. We also accept Visa, Master, American Express and Discover card, check, money order or wire transfer. Please contact us if you want to pay your order with a method other than PayPal. We require that the shipping address matches with the billing address of your credit card. We only accept US and Canadian issued credit card. Payment must be received within 7 days after auction ends. We reserve the right to file Non-Paying Bidder if payment is not received 7 days after the auction ended. Shipping Details Shipping costs vary depending on buyer location. International bidders are welcome. Shipping cost will be determined by country. Please email us for shipping cost to other countries. The international buyer is responsible for any customers, duties, taxes, broker fees, etc that are incurred. We do not know what these fees are and have no way to calculate them. You will need to speak to your local customs office if you have questions about these fees. S&H charged does not include any of these fees. All UPS Standard to Canada shipments incur UPS brokerage fees. Some items shipped UPS Expedited/Express receive free brokerage services. We strongly recommend the buyer contact UPS to find what the fees are prior to purchase. Shipping with USPS Express will be free of any fee, but USPS Priority does incur fee. Shipping Insurance is included. Breakage in transit will be replaced or refunded to customer's satisfaction. All local pick-ups are subject to 7.75% California Sales Tax. Warranty All our products carry a standard one year warranty. Service or repair will be done in the US. Consumable parts, like all Heating Elements, will not be covered by this warranty, but replacement parts can be purchased from us. This item is guaranteed to be as described. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt if there is a problem. Return and Refund Policies We stand behind every product we sell! If you are not pleased with your purchase, we'll be happy to make an exchange or refund the product within 14 days of receiving date. Returns for any reason other than defects not described are subject to 15% restocking fee, while exchanges or upgrades will receive credit for full purchase price. If an item is returned defective but tests fine we will refund the tiem price minus a 15% resotocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. For any exchange or refund, please contact us first for a return authorization (RMA#). The items must be returned in the original packing box and received in "like new" condition. Please also include an ebay invoice. Please allow up to 10 business days for return to be processed. Defective items can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt. We will ship a new replacement product to you ASAP upon receiving returned item and cover standard ground shipping cost for replacement.
