We acquired this unit from the U.S. Military and although we have it listed as used it looks new and shows absolutely no wear. All accessories are factory sealed. We charged the unit for a couple of days and it appeared to take a full charge. The unit powers-up and appears to function properly. See the youtube video below for the unit in operation.
