This machine is designed to produce numerous shapes of pasta and comes with a built-in mixer and endless screw extruder. It is made of high-quality materials such as stainless steel and special bronze for foodstuffs. The moving parts of the machine are mounted with ball bearings with long-life sealing gaskets. The driven motor is powered by a belt transmission with a reducer that does not require any maintenance. Additionally, the mixer driving chain is very efficient. The machine has adjustable feet with plastic caps and can turn working elements in both directions. Furthermore, it is easily disassembled and free for cleaning. You can change the type of pasta by simply altering the die. The machine comes with a liquid container, wrench, and three bronze dies of your choosing.
