AVAYA 5610SW IP Handset This unit is in excellent condition and at a great price. This unit used to be operated in a good clean environment office. It never had any issues, and was pulled due to office closed down. This unit has been tested/cleaned and it is in working condition (Some normal wears and tears). Let me know if you need more than one handset. We will combine postage cost if you buy multiple items from us. Please email us for postage quote. This unit comes with 30 Days Warranty on faulty product. Note: - Any returns must be agreed and authorized by us in writing before they can be accepted. - We normally provide a 7 days warranty (unless stated) on most items that are stated as working condition in the description. - For any Items stated as "Sold as is" or not working/not tested or condition unknown is not covered. - All faults or not as described items must be reported within the 7 days of receiving goods. - DO NOT REMOVE ANY OF MANUFACTURER OR OUR SECURITY SEALS FROM UNIT/ITEM, IF YOU REMOVE/BREAK ANY OF THESE SECURITY SEALS FROM THE UNIT, WE WILL NOT HONOR ANY RETURN/WARRANTY WHATSOEVER. - For any item which comes in the factory sealed box, If you encounter a problem with the description, item you received and anything else please contact us before opening a case as we are happy to assist. - We will supply a replacement product or arrange for a repair upon return or give you a refund of the purchase price (We do not refund postage cost under any circumstances). - We aim to dispatch a replacement product, arrange a repair or refund your money within 7 days of receipt. - If goods are found to not be faulty a service charge will apply. - Return postage is at the cost to the buyer.
