Avaya ACS Partner Messaging Voice Mail Module with 6-Port Card, Auto Attendant This item is an Avaya ACS (Advanced Communications System) Partner Messaging Voice Mail Module R1, complete with 6-Port Voice Mail / Auto Attendant Software/Ports Card. This item is used, removed by us from a customer site, at the end of a customer's lease. We are providing a 90 day warranty on the system - anything goes wrong let us know within 90 days and we will look after (see below for warranty conditions). Please note, the Avaya Partner Messaging system "R" numbers are kinda backwards. The R3 system only has a maximum of 2 ports. The R1 system is newer, and can operate with up to 6 ports (with the software/port card that we are including). This is the actual item that you see in the photos - the serial numbers that you see in the photos are of the item that you will receive. Comes complete with the Messaging Module, plus the 6-port software/ports card. The software/ports card also operates as a Remote Access Device for off-site service and off-site programming, and also acts as a back-up and restore card. Up to 6 users can be on the system at any one time - checking messages, leaving you a message, hearing the automated attendant, etc. The successful bidder on this item will get an email from us, with a PDF of the installation and programming manual for this system, and a PDF of the user guide. (Please see our last photo, for a feature comparison between the R3 (older, smaller capacity system) and this R1 system). “This system is used, removed from client site in full working order, and fully tested. It was removed by us after the end of a lease, and now we are passing it on to you, at an excellent value. The module has writing on it in pen, saying "ext 34-39", from the previous installation. Other than that, the unit looks like new !”
