SoTel-Surplus offers an extended guarantee to 30 days for returns. The product must not be used and must be "as new" when returned to us. Once the product is received at our warehouse, we will issue a refund for the product to your original payment method, minus a 15% restocking fee and the true cost of initially sending out the product (s). Restocking fee will NOT be charged for items found to be defective or damaged in transit. If an order arrives damaged, we ask that you report issues with delivery within 24 hours of receipt. If the products are visibly damaged on receipt, pictures should be taken immediately in order for us to make a claim with the shipping provider. If a product is faulty, you have 30 calendar days (from purchase date) in which to inform us. After this period, any applicable warranty commences. Products should be returned in their original packaging in resellable condition. Once we have verified the defect, we will issue a replacement, repair, or full refund to you and reimburse your return shipping costs, unless our own courier is used. We test returned products, and if a returned product is found not to be faulty by our technicians, we will return the product to the customer and bill all shipping charges directly to the customer.
