Purchased this for presentations, used it one time and made about a dozen folders. Has not been used since. Makes folders from 1/16th to 1/2 inch thick (abt 8-10 pages to abt 80 pages) The refill covers are sold on ebay (a box is $20), so you won't have to run out and find them, there are a click away. Easy to use and the instructions are on the binder so anyone can use it in a moments notice. If you have any questions, message us, we respond to every message although it can take up to 24 hrs depending on our Internet connection. We ship daily except Sundays when no shippers are open in our area. We package as if we were going to be receiving it ourselves. We ship internationally anywhere ebay ships. We apologize for the shipping charges, we keep them at a minimum - we have no control what USPS, UPS, or FedEx charges, we just weight the items, put it into the ebay postage meter and print it - please don't leave us negative/low-star feedbacks when we have no control over it. As it is we have lowered all our prices to assist our buyers with the outrageous shipping costs.
