AVO Biddle SFL-2000 Secondary Cable / Fault Locator High Voltage Equipment The SFL-2000 is a portable battery-powered test set designed to locate the path and depth of buried secondary cables with voltage rating less than 600v ac, and to test for and locate earth faults caused by damage to the cable. Thats all the testing that I did on this unit. All payments are due at end of auction. Paypal is the only method of payment.
