AVO PSA-100 Multi-Amp, Phase Shifter, Phase Angle Meter/Multimeter The PSA-100 powers on and is in good working condition, but I don't have the power cable to connect the top panel to the bottom panel. It is up the the buyer to provide this cable. This is the reason that the item is being is being sold as-is for parts / not working. There is normal wear and tear around the outer casing from use over the years, but none of this effects performance or durability. No accessories included other than AC power cable. This requires a M/F power cable in order to power on the two displays on the top panel (as shown in the manual found online). Everything within the top panel is not directly wired to the rest of the larger lower panel and operates independently because it is physically separated by the internal casing itself by design, thus needing an externally connected power cable. Single or three phase test capability from a single phase power source. Output voltages and phase angles independently or simultaneously adjustable. Voltage to current phase angle continuously adjustable to 0 to 360 degrees with calibrated vernier dial. Four digit LED phase angle meter accurate to 1 degree, selectable to read all vector combinations, and can be used for external voltage and currents. Self contained 3 1/2 digit voltmeter reads phase to neutral and phase to phase voltages in four rangers; and can also be used to measure external AC and DC voltages, currents, and resistance. Instantaneous switching from normal to pre-selected phase to phase and three phase fault conditions, with manual or automatic control. Dry-contact closure at initiation of fault conditions for starting of timer, recorder, etc. Short-circuit protected output amplifiers with dual output ranges. Internal thermal overload protection.
