We are a coffee roaster with 5 stores in the Jackson area. We are selling some of our equipment we have had in our storage room that we kept as back ups in case we needed a back up. Up for sale is ONE Azkoyen grinder. These are a lot like the Nuova Simonelli Mythos grinders, which we have at one of our stores. Other stores use La Marzocco Swift grinders. We purchased these grinders some time back and have never used them. We recently pulled these grinders out of storage (heated) and installed new burrs in them. We bought the burrs directly from LaMarzocco. We intended on keeping them, but have decided to sell them. Frankly, our grinders never break down. We have two of these grinders for sale, but this auction is for one grinder. See pictures for condition and details of item. Also, see other ebay auction for other grinder. THIS AUCTION IS FOR THE ONE WITH THE CORD not WRAPPED AROUND IT. ONE ON THE LEFT...WITHOUT THE CORD WRAPPED AROUND IT. Just making this clear. Both have cords (110v) ...we wrapped the cord around the one to help us tell them apart. After we put new burrs in them (about 3 weeks ago) we ran coffee thru them and they ran as they should. The grind adjustment knob turns like butter, and the grind is superb. Nothing better than new burrs in a grinder. There are very high end commercial grinders and would be a great addition to any coffee shop. We had manuals for them, but cannot find them now. These are in great shape, and you can tell by the very little wear on the buttons that these grinders have hardly any use on them. We never put them into use at any of our stores, and again, only had them as back up grinders. Grinders are in great shape with new burrs, but are sold as is. Please keep in mind when bidding that this grinder is in really nice shape, has little wear, and has brand new burrs in them. If you want to come and look at this, please let us know. Not a problem, as we'd prefer to deal face to face. We paid a lot of money for these grinders and we never used them. I believe the original cost new of this grinder was around $4k. We have over 1,100 all positive feedbacks and want to keep it that way. We're not in the business of selling junk equipment on the internet, and in fact, rarely sell any of our equipment. We just know that we'll not use these grinders, as we love our La Marzoccos and Swifts. Please ask any questions before you bid and not after. We want the buyer to be happy with this great grinder.
