Everything works on this B & K Precision LCR/ESR Meter unit.  It includes a SMT Adapter plus Shorting Adapter, plus a Plug in Charger Wart.  It has hardly been used and has only collected some dust. on my shelf and looks like new.  It should be in perfect working condition and function as specified.   There are fairly new AA rechargeable batteries in the unit that work well but are not brand new.  Unit ships as is with no warranties.   If you have ever designed circuits and have tried to determine the inductance of an inductor (especially if you wind your own), you can do it with this unit in the range (4 ranges) of frequency you plan on using the unit.  It shows how to do it in-circuit also.   The probe is nice to measure surface mount components a lot easier with the probe also.  There are also slots on the side for caps, resistors, or inductors, both axial and radially.  The shorting bar is to calibrate your unit when you are ready to use it, because it has a self calibrating function in the unit which is really nice. I am offering this unit on a very low bid basis for this powerful little portable unit or Buy It.  The other nice thing is that it uses 2 standard AA batteries or 2 AA rechargeable ones.   DO NOT USE THE CHARGER WHEN USING STANDARD ALCALINE BATTERIES.
