This listing is for a Brown and Sharpe MicroVal Manual Coordinate Measuring Machine which has been retrofitted with Virtual DMIS Software Version 6.5. Which includes 1 year of Free Software Maintenance and Technical Support. It includes a Renishaw TP1s or similar style Electronic Touch Probe System and brand new PC system with scale interpolation electronics and scale counting interface. This system is complete and is ready to measure with direct importing and exporting of CAD. Standard configuration allows importing of IGES and STEP files and direct export of measured features in IGES, other import formats (Catia, IDEAS,Pro-E, Solidworks, Unigraphics, etc.) are supported with additional modules. Software includes Graphical Feature Form Evaluator and New MetReporter Reporting package. After performing a simple alignment to your part, Nominals can be extracted directly from your CAD model for fast tolerancing and evaluation of features. Virtual DMIS Features: Very easy to use Graphical User Interface with no Cascading or over lapping windows to eliminate a cluttered work environment. Everything is available within two clicks from main graphical user interface. Full Graphical Renishaw Library for fast and easy drag and drop probe building. Includes query by Renishaw Name, Diameter, Length, and Renishaw part number to eliminate confusion when reconfiguring probes. Multimedia tutoring support which include Video and Audio Clips to aid the user simply by right clicking on icons throughout the software. Many existing CMM Structure CAD Models for Active Virtual Reality CMM and Probe Model within software. Direct import and export of standard CAD formats. EZ-Tools speed up common measurement functions and evaluations by assigning pre-programmed macros to EZ-tools Icons. Simply click the icon and measure the features one after the other without having to return back to the software. The EZ-Tools Macro does all the work, constructs an alignment, and/or shows the requested results. Smart Measure speeds up measurement tasks by automatically recognizing the type of feature the user is measuring by simply measuring points on the object under evaluation.
