Refurbished Brown and Sharpe MicroVal 343 Measuring strokes (X,Y,Z) 356x406x305mm or 14"x16"x12" Volumetric U1-1 axis VDI/ISO10360 = 4+4L/1000 Volumetric U3-3 axis VDI/ISO10360 = 4+5L/1000 Volumetric 3 axis Full Volume ASME B89.4.1 = .010mm with 254mm Ballbar @ 20 Position test. CMM has all new air tubing and fittings, brand new surface plate, and all air bearings have been removed cleaned, inspected, refurbished, and re-installed. Includes qualification sphere and Non-indexable Electronic Touch Probe. Coordinate Measuring Machine which has been Refurbished and Retrofitted with the Latest Version of CMM Manager Standard Measuring Software. Includes 1 year of Software Maintenance and technical Support. System includes a Renishaw TP1s (or similar) Non-Indexing Electronic Touch Probe System and New PC system with scale interpolation electronics and scale counting interface. This system is complete and is ready to measure with exporting of measured features to CAD. CMM Manager Standard configuration allows direct export of measured features in IGES, DXF, and Nikon Focus Feature formats. CMM Manager Standard allows CAD importing of IGES, STEP, and DXF formats. Other CAD import file formats (Catia, IDEAS,Pro-E, Solidworks, Unigraphics, etc.) are supported with optional additional import modules. Software includes True Drag and Drop 2D and 3D Graphical Reporting package in addition to standard text/numerical data output. Includes ability to print or store reports in multiple file formats including direct to MS Excel, Word, Notepad, HTML, CSV (Comma Separated Values), Datapage, Datapage+, or RTP (notepad style low ink consumption for printing). DMIS Program Runtime Engine is included. CMM manager can be transferred to many other systems including DCC if you upgrade CMM in future with required driver purchase.
