It slides over your belt up to 2.25" and feature a one way snap so it stays secure and won't open by itself. But because it is a PULL THE DOT directional type snap, it won't come open if you pull from any other direction. The snap is blacked out This works with chain, hing, flex cuffs, or about anything else you can loop thru it. I use it on my horse for securing the lead rope...I use them in the shop for hangin items that need to dry out. This case holds a any size handcuffs as shown.
