They are 1" wide, with BRASS D Rings They are made to slide over you 2.25" Police belt to allow you to use a shoulder support strap. They can also be snapped on, and G&G used the deluxe, one-way "pull the dot" snaps, so they won't pop loose by themselves, only when you pull in the opening direction.
