Save that new baby calf or if one is sick when the weather is cold and wet. This cover will slide over the calfs head, with elastic that goes beneath the tail on the back to hold it on. Has ties that lap underneath the calf and ties on the top of back. To remove just untie and pullover the head. The outside is made from a lightweight vinyl, with a fleece lining. This holds the water out and the heat in. Flexible enough that calf has full movement. Regular size fits 50 to 70 lbs, the large fits 80 to 100 lb calf.. The reg. will normally fit the small bith weight calves, angus and other bred.  Machine washable. Has been used by myself and several farmers in our area to save calves. I designed and made these on the request of a local farm supply. Leave on the calf overnight or thru the day or until calf has warmed up and nursing. Shipping figuredat 1 lb per blanket. Comments: I had a new born calf and instead of putting it in my truck or taking it to the house to warm it up, I just slipped a blanket on it. I went back in a couple of hours, the calf was up nursing, Brett. I used these blankets last year during freezing wet weather and saved my calves and plan on using them again this year. Jerry. The price of the new vinyl is higher. The vinyl is stronger, heavier and more flexible. The vinyl may be different colors but always same quality. Will gladly answer any question. and will continue to make sure my customers are happy with blankets.
