I bought this from BabyBeat and used it through two pregnancies.   The CD is still shrinkwrapped and was never opened, as the doppler was super easy to use and we didn't even bother looking at the instructions.  :) Cable to connect doppler to PC to save your hearbeat recording(s) is included too.    ***** A fetal doppler is regulated by the FDA and require a physician's approval.
