This tank is of heavy stainless steel. It has a lid with swing out doors and a center hole for a mixing impeller. It has four baffles inside that can be removed. Removing the baffles will leave screw holes but they are 18 inches high. The bottom is thick for even heat distribution. There is a pour spout. The tank has approximately a ten gallon capacity (to a point below the baffle screws.) The inside is not polished, it is not jacketed or insulated. It is more like an enormous beaker. There is some external sticker residue and minor scratches and marks from normal use. See the item photos above for the actual contents of the auction and the exact condition of the item elements.
