This gas oven boasts a 66" width and 44" depth deck, with a FibraMent hearth deck measuring 8" high. The micro-slides heat controls allow for a temperature range between 300В°F - 650В°F. The oven also features side and rear connections, aluminized steel interiors, stainless steel exterior finish, and sturdy 7 gauge legs. With 120,000 BTU power, the Y-800 is NSF, CSA, and CE certified.
