This one does have the germicidal lamp option and it does work. We could not get the blower to work. We tested the run capacitor- for the motor- it tested okay. The glass door is not connected to its counter balance. All other systems work. The fluorescent lamps, germicidal lamp and the outlets all work. Supply voltave is 115VAC. Item appears in very good physical condition. No real dents, dings or scratches.
