Turn up the efficiency in your kitchen with this Bakers Pride GDCO-G1 Cyclone Series full-size gas, single deck convection oven. It's designed with an energy efficient 60,000 BTU oven combination direct/indirect forced air heat system in naturalgas for superior energy-savings during use. For improved airflow and easy cleanup, the porcelain-lined, heavy-gauge steel interior features coved corners, and a 1/4 hp fan motor with dual-speed fan control and cooldown options allows for heat regulation and customization. Removable 11-position rack guides offer 1 5/8" spacing for each of the 5 heavy duty adjustable chrome-plated racks. To keep an eye on your culinary creations, interior lighting comes standard with each unit. This convection oven is constructed with a stainless steel front, top, sides, and trim. It has a 60/40 synchronized door design with double pane, thermal glass windows. For maximum heat retention, it is fully insulated and stainless steel seals line each door. When the oven door opens, the door interlock switch automatically turns the fan and heating elements off. This door also features a single-mounted "Cool Touch" handle. This Bakers Pride oven has a 60-minute electric timer. Four 27 5/8" tall durable black powder coated legs come standard with adjustable bullet feet. Choose fuel type.
