Barista professional 58mm lilac wood tamper holder #005 This tamper holder is made of lilac wood. Little plances sanded and glued into big block. Lilac is rarely used because it is not very strong wood but it looks very nice. Unfortunately this is all lilac I have so I was forced to use one cherry wood planch to fill gap. Cherry is slightly darker and with red shade. I also was forced to leave a knot because I was short on lilac. Normally, I do not like knots, but sometimes one small knot stresses the connection to the nature. The tamper holder is lathe turned, than sanded and coated with high quality lacquer to provide glossy look and protection from coffee stain. Dimensions are: outer diameter 67.2 mm, height 29.7 mm. Tamper seating place is 58.4 mm diameter, 10.6 mm depth - perfect for most 58 mm tampers. PLEASE check your tamper outer diameter before buying!!! Weight 49 grams. Due to high quality of material this holder will last very long time. If will protect your tamper from occasional damage, fall, etc. Tamper is not included!!! Shown for display only!!!
