This Barnstead Lab-Line Model 2314 Multi-Purpose Platform Rotator is in great, lightly used condition, tested, and is guaranteed to be fully functional. ECONOMICAL MULTI - PURPOSE ROTATOR Improved drive eccentrics provide stability and enhanced long-term performance. Upgraded motor is dependable and offers quiet operation. Variable speed control for gentle or vigorous agitation. Timer allows time studies. Analog operating system offers affordability. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Designed to provide long life and dependable service in a variety of applications, particularly molecular biology, immunology and clinical usage. Ideal for general rotation of many types and sizes of vessels including plastic/glass trays, vials, petri dishes, microwell plates, culture plates, slides, test tubes and agglutination cards. Variable speed from 40 to 220 rpm for gentle to vigorous agitation adjustable with a rotary dial. 12" x 12" (31 x 31 cm) platform with non-slip surface mat. Operate rotator in continuous mode or set timer from 1 to 60 minutes for time studies. Continuous-duty motor provides smooth, quiet rotation through a .75" (1.9 cm) orbit. Easy-to-clean white silicone platform mat can be autoclaved. Units operate continuously when in temperatures of 4°C to 40°C and humidity conditions from 20 to 80% non-condensing enabling them to be used in a variety of environments such as incubators, warm rooms, environmental chambers and refrigerators. Accommodates loads up to 10 Lbs. (4.5 kg).
