I ship all items worldwide via USPS (with delivery confirmation/tracking numbers) on the day of or the day after payment is made (by 8:00 a.m. Central Time), 8 am to 4 pm excluding holidays. I accept returns if the item is mistakenly not what you purchased and is in the condition in which it was received (hasn't happened yet). I cannot be held accountable for late deliveries on the part of the US Mail Service, but we can track the package(s) with the tracking number that is provided in your purchase history to show that I did send it on the day that I promised.
