Leeds Microscope sales & service division of Jewelmont Bausch & Lomb transformer cat. no. 31-35-28 made in USA Vintage microscope illuminator. Transformer base and adjustable light holder with lamp.  This is in fair shape but very dusty, plugged in and didn't do anything. Bad bulb? Selling as is.  Base 6" x 4 1/2". Top tube approx 8" long.
