This is a manufacturer's Refurbished, never used in sealed package, Baxter PCA ll Infusion Pump with new operators manual, new bolus cable, new locking pole mount and 2 new keys with quick reference guide. It is in the original box from Baxter. It has been sitting in storage for some time so the box is a little warn looking but everything inside is great and never been used.
